Apply new / amend / renew licence

How do I apply for a licence?
Step 1: Log in to GoBusiness Dashboard and choose Licence -> Apply Licence from the top menu bar.

Step 2: Select the licence you wish to apply for and you will be redirected to the application form (for licences available on GoBusiness) or respective government website (for licences that are not available on GoBusiness yet)

Self-employed persons (SEPs) are required to contribute to their CPF MediSave Account, to ensure they have sufficient savings for their healthcare needs.

If you are applying for a licence as a self-employed person, please note that licensing agencies will only process your licence application if you are up-to-date with your MediSave contributions - either paid in full or have an active GIRO arrangement with CPF Board.

To check your MediSave payment status or make payment arrangements for any outstanding MediSave payable, please visit the Self-employment dashboard, which you can access via cpf.gov.sg/MydashboardsFAQ (Self-employment).

Step 3: Fill in the information required.

Step 4: Declare information to be accurate and submit.

You will find your application under the Processing section on your GoBusiness Dashboard.
How do I withdraw an application?
Step 1: Click on the Processing section on your GoBusiness Dashboard

Step 2: Search for the application you want to withdraw

Step 3: Click on the ‘Select Action’ button and select ‘Withdraw’

For licences that are still on GoBusiness Licensing, please click on ‘Manage on GoBusiness Licensing’, find your application under ‘My Portfolio’ and amend it there.
How do I amend an existing licence?
Step 1: Log in to GoBusiness Dashboard

Step 2: Go to Licences -> My Licences from the top menu bar

Step 3: If you see a ‘Select Action’ button in the row with your licence, click on it and select ‘Amend’.

If you see the ‘Manage via GoBusiness Licensing’ button, click on it. You will be directed to GoBusiness Licensing, where you can amend the licence.
How do I renew an existing licence?
Step 1: Log in to GoBusiness Dashboard

Step 2: Go to Licences -> My Licences from the top menu bar

Step 3: If you see a ‘Select Action’ button in the row with your licence, click on it and select the desired action.

If you see the ‘Renew via GoBusiness Licensing’ button, click on it. You will be directed to GoBusiness Licensing, where you can amend, renew, withdraw or cancel the licence.
