GoBusiness Dashboard currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards.
Certain licences accept offline payment methods. For more details, please check with the respective licensing agency.

Payment for certain licences are split into two stages. Stage 1 payment is required once you submit your application, while Stage 2 payment is required after the licence is processing. You will be notified via email when Stage 2 payment is required.

To find out whether you get a refund, please contact the relevant government agencies directly, as refund amounts vary according to the licences.

Please verify your payment details and try again. If you are still having issues, you can try the following:
- Use a different payment method
- Make payment at a later time
- Make payment on a different browser
- Check your proxy settings
- Reconnect to another network (e.g home/office network) and try again

Please contact the licence agency directly to confirm if you are able to make payment at their respective headquarters.

You can download your tax invoice from the following pages:
- Payment confirmation page, once you have made payment.
- Payment history page.
A tax invoice will also be sent to your email.
Tax invoices will only be generated for successful transactions, and the invoice might take some time to appear on the payment history page.
