This licence is only for business users with a registered Unique Entity Number (UEN).
Application Details
For the provision of the ticket payment services in the transit area.
You will need to apply for a Ticket Payment Service Licence if you wish to provide either of the following services:
(a) a service for the clearing of any ticket transaction;
(b) a service for the sale, topping‑up, replacement or refund, or the management of the use, of a mode of payment for tickets.

Fees
This is prescribed in the PTC Ticket Payment Service Regulations.
Application shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $200.
